PowerPoint Slides will be posted at least a day before the lecture.
For the "flex-mode" students, the dates for lectures are just for reference; obviously, you can view the lectures whenever you want. The dates will mainly serve as a guide for when the assignments are due.
Note: Access the PowerPoint slides and the ACM Digital Library (for the papers) is restricted to only those on a CMU machine. Alternatively, if you have an Andrew login, you can go through the CMU proxy server at https://access.web.cmu.edu/, which will let you access CMU-restricted sites.
Alternatively, you can also retrieve the PowerPoint files and the PDFs using a name and password available from the professor.
Another alternative for the PowerPoint files is to go to your DVD and open the html files with PowerPoint, and save them as .ppt files.
