txtNation SD Goes from Strength to Strength

txtNation has recently expanded its core support, working to cater for its vast increase in both volumes and clients. With the expansion, this has resulted in the approval from many partners and networks who praise the work and methodology of this system and this dynamic approach to dealing with all aspects of support.

New features to the txtNation SD (Support and Development) platform include, to name just a few; fast tracking of user requests, featured knowledgebase articles, RSS feed compatible entries, all enabling the ease to which clients are updated.

As it now stands, txtNation support is divided into two main sections: client support and customer ("end-user") support. Clients are individuals or businesses who have contracted us to supply one or a number of services. End-users are private consumers who use those services: for instance, to download games, use mobile chat services, or to make a payment.

Director, Michael Whelan "Adding this extra layer, on-top the support process has enabled us to reduce common integration issues and increase support time by up to 30%! This is what our clients wanted and we have now provided. We see SD as important, as our core services are in that this is something that will evolve with the products."

txtNation SD (www.txtnation.com/sd) can be shown to highlight all such features and updates.
