Ida Dalessandro-Felix, specializes in Organizational Development and Company Growth. Prior to her employment with OPM, Ida was an accomplished private sector business leader with 28 years’ experience. She held management positions in two highly acclaimed international companies for 12 years prior to starting two business ventures. Her expertise prompted her to work in staff development and training on an international level presenting to thousands of individuals.

For 15 years, Ida developed and cultivated her own successful businesses. For the past seven years, Ida serves in the role of Training and Leadership Development, career counselor, and coach for the Federal Government. Ida also develops agency programs, facilitates training, conducts strategic planning seminars, and is a keynote presenter. Ida’s clients have included American Chemical Society, Lockheed Martin, Department of Defense, Office of Congressional Affairs and Legislation, Office of General Counsel, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Federal Investigative Services, as well as universities, health care providers, city and county government, small business owners, and more.

Ida is certified in the advanced DISC assessment as a certified behavioral consultant. Her certifications also include Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI), Four Levels of Evaluation, Return on Investment (ROI), 360 Degree Feedback Assessment, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and iPEC coaching as an Executive and Business Development Coach. Ida holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and an Executive Masters in Organization Development. She is currently developing and publishing a Business Methodology and Change Model for organizations worldwide
