[OpenAFS] Win2k problem

As I understand it, the Windows clients use real Kerberos v4 rather than
using the weird native AFS protocol.  I'm not sure why exactly that is.
Maybe because they're newer and therefore the old Rx klog stuff was
skipped in favor of a more standard network protocol?
