[OpenAFS] Source of 1.0.4 does not build on Win2k.

Hi,
 My name is anandamoy roychowdhary, and I am trying to build the OpenAFS
code on Win2k,Visual Studio 6.0 with SP4 ( No InstallShield) .

 When i try to build the sources, I get an error saying cant build
AFS_version_component_number.obj
 nmake error 0x2.

 I searched for a file called AFS_version_component_number.c , but i dont
have it as part of the distribution.

 I seem to be missing something very basic, any pointers would be very
welcome.
