All orders are due by SEPTEMBER 16, 1996 to 200 Smith Hall Robotics

Sorry, but you have to fill it in manually. Please refer to the Official Apparel Page for item numbers, pricing, sizes, descriptions, and color availability.

All orders must be accompanied by THE ORDER FORM AND FULL PAYMENT - Exact cash, or checks made out to Carnegie Mellon. E-mail, phone, and verbal orders will not be honored. Completed orders may be mailed to: RI Apparel, The Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, 5000 Forbes Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15213.

Please neatly fill out all the requested information so that we can contact you if there is a problem. If you wish to have your order confirmed by e-mail, please check the appropriate box on the order form.

You will be contacted (sometime after Oct. 1) when the merchandise arrives. All orders should be picked up in 200 Smith Hall on the Carnegie Mellon Campus. Please see the Shipping and Handling information below, if you are ordering from outside the Pittsburgh area.

Mailing Services

If you would like to order items but will not be able to pick them up on the Carnegie Mellon Campus, we can offer mailing of your items. We are offering this on a limited basis, since we are not a mail order company set up to do this. Please use this service only if you will not be able to pick up your items. We will not mail items as gifts to 3rd parties. We will mail only within the U.S. Please add the following amounts to your order if you wish to have your items mailed to you:

up to $20 - add $5
from $20.01 to $30 - add $7
from $30.01 to $50 - add $10
above $50.01 - add $12
