Women and Girls Foundation of Southwest Pennsylvania Honorees
--The Women and Girls Foundation (WGF) celebrates Women in the Material World, an annual tribute to outstanding women leaders and innovators in Southwest Pennsylvania who are advancing the role of women in fields dealing with material products. The Women and Girls Foundation has pledged to honor women each year who are engaged in dynamic work in exciting and challenging career fields in this region.. The award program honors innovators, but is also designed to inspire young women to examine the range of career options available to them through knowledge of mathematics and the sciences.
