You can designate all or a portion of your contribution to the United Way to the Access Fund. It's easy.
Get a pledge card from your Human Resources Department or from the person in charge of your company's campaign.
On the pledge card, fill in the Access Fund's name and address (P.O. Box 17010, Boulder, CO 80308) in the appropriate space.
Tell the United Way you want a receipt and/or they should notify the receiving agency. They will forward your name so we can update your information in our membership database.
