Task: determine-cdc-time
This task is to find out what the current value of the countdown clock
is and add this to the situation model. This task is selected when
the value is unknown; the
reevaluate-cdc-time
task is selected instead when it is thought that the clock may have
changed since last viewed.
The task is initiated by productions in
follow-omi-procedure.soar6,
but is executed by ones in
read-cdc.soar6.
