Location: The University of Hull Centre for Internet Computing,
          Scarborough Campus.

Salary:  17,238 - 30,065 pa

Closing date:  09/06/2000

The Centre for Internet Computing was established in 1999 by the
University of Hull at its Scarborough campus.  The Centre provides
a focus for education, research and reach out activity for Internet
technologies. The Centre runs an innovative portfolio of
Internet-centric BSc and MSc programmes.  To support the further
development of the Centre, three new lectureships have been created.

Applicants should be graduates with in-depth knowledge of Computer
Science/Software Engineering, and experience of Internet-related
topics.  Knowledge of topics such as e-commerce, Java, object
orientation, information systems, communication technology, distributed
systems, web technology and security would be beneficial.

A related postgraduate qualification is highly desirable and applicants
must possess good team working skills.
