Apologies, I've had these on my machine and forgot to send them out.

Attending: WN3BOJ KC2EOK KB1ELI KD7ECQ N3NHS KF8NH AA3XT N3EMO

Announcements:
1. Buggy is starting soon, if you haven't gotten a message from Rob
then you should send him a message about helping out <rjs3>.
2. Pittsburgh Marathon is the first Sunday in May. Sign up at
   http://www.cs.pitt.edu/~hoffman/marathon.html

Station Manager: Small improvements. It appears as though all our rigs
are nonfunctional in one way or another, though the Heathkit (which
hasn't been used since we acquired it) looks promising. AA3XT is
working on many of these things.

Emergency Operations: We would like to establish / formalize our position
in helping with emergency situations on campus. (This has come to our
attention because the battery backup for the repeater will be tailored
to how much we expect to use the repeater during a power failure, which
is largely determined by what we would be doing in an emergency.) We
decided that contact with CMUPD would be essential, and that someone
with previous experience with them (for example, Matt Theisz through
EMS) should be part of the initial discussions. The club will attempt
to get an outside speaker experienced with emergency operations in
Pittsburgh to come and talk. Hopefully, this talk will prepare us for
   meetings with CMUPD and ES&H.

Once again, sorry for the delay. It looks like our next meeting will be on
March 5.

73,
~Chris
