Web browser tips for 24 bit displays

On a 24 bit display, some MPEG players default to 8 bit images even though they are capable of displaying 24 bits. The mpeg_play program from UC Berkeley, available on our SGI's here at CMU, is one of these. If you use its option -dither color, or put the lines
```
    # use this to play MPEG video files if you have mpeg_play installed
    video/mpeg; mpeg_play %s -dither color
```
in your .mailcap file, you'll get 24 bit pictures. For best viewing, just run
```
    mpeg_play -loop -dither color FILENAME
```
manually, and the playback will loop forever. Information on Berkeley's MPEG players and encoders.
