Students enrolled in 15-299 or planning to audit the course should fill out this form. We'll use it to get a feel for your background and interests, and to help schedule meetings later in the semester. Also, we'll post the names, phone numbers, and Web page URLs we gather on the course information page to facilitate study groups.
