You don't say if you want Colour camera ou B/W. 
If you want B/W camera your can try DALSA family camera. You can also try 
ADMIDEC MX12...
For color model I think HDTV camera can resolve your problem (SONY, JVC, 
HITACHI, KODAK...)

If your scene don't move you can also try a camera using a sensor movement 
(Rollei, Kodak...)
