I am the owner of a Twain compatible hand scanner, which I would like to
use as a simple measuring instrument. I also have software to take care of
data and do the analysis I want, but I miss the important part of taking
in the data from the scanner to the computer. Of course, I could use the
supplied software and store data as a file, which I could analyze, but the
problem is that that requires so many unnecessary steps. Does anybody
know how to find a small and simple program that could just take in the
scanning data into the memory of my PC?
