Hi.
I have a query regarding image acquisition. Until now I have been using
a fixed CCD colour camera to take still shots (grabbed in 24-bit colour)
of fixed images.
Now however I have to devise a solution to ultimately give me at number
of digitised images taken from a remote controlled plane. I want to look
at crops across the light spectrum from infra-red, visible light to UV-light.
Two possible solutions spring to mind, but I am not sure if such a camera
exists for either solution.

(1). To attach a transmitter to a TV camera (not necessarily broadcast quality)
and (this may be impossible) the receiver to a framegrabber on the ground.
The framegrabber would probably be installed in a lap-top, grabbing either
manually "the perfect image" or a sequence of images and the best one selected
     later.

(2). To video the scene, again across the spectrum, have it digitized by some
company or if compatible with my system digitize it myself. I appreciate
how much memory and effort this solution would take up.

So if anybody has knowledge of either possibility or has another suggestion then
I would be very grateful for their expertise.

Thank you in advance ......

Dara.
