Is there such a thing as a scanner FAQ? I'm thinking of buying one, but
need to learn some basics on the subject - the relative merits of hand vs.
flatbed scanners, resolutions, general cost ranges, some typical grayscale
and color scanner brand names, and so forth. Does such a FAQ exist?

Thanks,

Evan
