I read in a remote sensing journal that there existed an image
viewing/manipulating program, primarily for remotely-sensed images I
think, that is available free of charge from the author of the paper,
and which is called "Figment".
I sent an email to the said author, but either he is dead, or just
plain ignored me (I suppose he could be on holiday). So does anyone
know about this package and how to obtain it?
Thanks.

PS The author of the paper is R.L. Miller working at NASA.
