services in the physical and information sciences and builds sophisticated
systems employing these technologies.


Title:
Lead Software Engineer

Description:
Lead the development of a state-of-the-art automated surveillance system
which will provide orders-of-magnitude improvements in unmanned detection
and tracking through the application of AI/Expert Systems techniques.
Manage a team of four developers; design systems and estimate effort
required for tasks; write, debug, test, and integrate code in Ada and C++;
interact with other teams in a large, multi-company development effort; and
present plans and status effectively to management, teaming partners, and
customers.

Desired Education:
Computer Science degree required.  MS/PhD preferred.

Experience/Skills required:
5+ years software development in C++ and/or Ada.
Demonstrated track record of successful project/people  management and
strong communication  skills.
Underwater surveillance and/or AI systems experience desired.

Applicants selected  will be subject to a security investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
