In my recent analysis and purchase of a color frame grabber, nearly every
vendor told me the same thing, "We haven't found a good PCI-bus solution,
especially with Pentium machines."

Good luck!  The PCI-bus and Pentiums caught the various manufacturers by
surprise I guess...
