Since there are some errors and bugs in the colorspaces FAQ (maintained
by David Bourgin) which have not yet been eliminated, here are some
alternative documents.

Coloureq.txt, a document containing equations relating to colour spaces
and colour transforms, available as ASCII text from:

  ftp.wmin.ac.uk

and, if you have a web browser, via:

  http://www.wmin.ac.uk/ITRG/extra.html

GammaFAQ and ColorFAQ for a more complete introduction
to colour systems, available from:

  ftp.inforamp.net/pub/users/poynton/doc/Colour/

in Acrobat PDF, PostScript and ASCII text formats. If you have a web
browser, consult Charles Poynton's Gamma and Colour FAQ page at:

  http://www.inforamp.net/~poynton/Poynton-colour.html

Please send comments to Charles Poynton (poynton@inforamp.net), Alan
Roberts (Alan.Roberts@rd.bbc.co.uk) or Adrian Ford (ajoec1@wmin.ac.uk)
as appropiate.
