Lowtran7 has been incorporated into the Modtran program. Modtran source
code is available via ftp from the following site: 146.153.100.3, directory
pub/chet/modtran. The latest version is Modtran3, which can be found in
pub/chet/modtran3. For further information, contact Jim Chetwynd of the
Phillips laboratory (617)377-2613.
