Use a program like CorelDraw 4/5 or other higher end drawing program
that will accept vector formats and output to raster. Another
good bet is Ghostscript, which is easily found on the 'net. On
SimTel, look in the SimTel/msdos/postscrp. Get the files which
start with gs28* There are 2 or 3 files. There is both a DOS version
and a Windows version available.
