Hi, A week from today is our summer school. I attach a roster for your information. Please inform me if I should make any changes. I need to order meals, print notes, etc. so needed a count. It looks like 26 of us plus 2 laboratory teaching assistants although a few more are possible. If anyone needs to get from Chicago O'Hare airport to Madison, they can take the Van Galder bus to University of Wisconsin Memorial Union for $22. Schedule and O'Hare pickup points map at http://www.vangalderbus.com/first.html I repeat my previous message below. Thank you for registering for the IEEE-EMBS Summer School on Medical Devices and Biosensors. I provide the information below to assist you. Housing information has been added to the web site. You should make your own travel and housing arrangements. Please arrive at Engineering Hall between 8:00 and 8:30 July 29. In the lobby outside room 1610 there will be name badges, a notebook, and blank poster board plus mounting materials and a continental breakfast. I invite you to bring up to 4 letter-sized pages to post about yourself, your accomplishments, the projects you are working on, questions you would like answered, etc. Then others can view your poster and perhaps offer suggestions during refreshment breaks. Also we will devote the last 5 minutes of each lecture to measurement problems. You are welcome to volunteer to sketch your measurement problem on an overhead projector transparency so we all can suggest possible solutions then or during the break. If you have any questions, please let me know. Sincerely, John Webster
