Operator: follow-omi-procedure

Operator Overview:

This operator selects a new task or modifies the situation model (i.e. acts as a comprehension operator) as appropriate to the current task situation.

Operator Proposal:

The operator is proposed in a variety of ways in the context of the launch activity, generally when the task is specified and has been completed succesfully or has failed.

Operator Application:

The operator is implemented by the follow-omi-proceudre problem space; implementation chunks are built.

Operator Reconsider:

The operator is reconsidered when a new task is created or the task is changed.
