Translating a Single Sentence

In order to translate a sentence, follow these steps. Check your configuration in order to select the target language for the translation:

1. Place the cursor in the sentence that you want to translate.
2. Select Translate>Translate Sentence. A popup window appears with a translation of your sentence. If the sentence is ungrammatical then the original sentence also appears in a second window.

Translating All Sentences

In order to translate all sentences in the document, follow these steps. Check your configuration in order to select the target language for the translation:

1. Select Translate>Translate Document. A text window appears which contains a translation of every sentence in the document. Any sentences that are not grammatical are not translated.
