Allows for easy manipulation of Feature Specifications of the form used by the Avenue Elicitation Corpus. Such a specification was originally written by Jeff Goode and Lori Levin for the construction of the LCTL REFLEX Elicitation Corpora and should be included in the data directory of this project.
