Accidently I found some of the files, in a realy weir place on my harddisc.
The dataformat gives the number of columns in the channel.
All the other rows contain a pair of numbers: The ID of the signal connected
to the top or bottom.
0 means no signal.

I am afraid I am not into BDD terminology.

I enumerated all wire patterns on the second metal layer. I computed the
effect of connecting two tracks by a dogleg using BDD operations.
