Actually, my preference would be to have the contract released to ENA year
round.  This means Robin would have to bill CALP for the commodity and demand
during the summer.  Depending on the relationship you would like to have with
the customer, I think it is easier to bill the customer for the demand and
the commodity as opposed to reimbursing them for when we use the transport
(at least with the way things work in our systems).
