You'll need to adjust the code for your own translation software. We start the Matlab script as follows:
matlab -nodisplay -nojvm -r "maptraining=0,pharaoh=2,reordering=true,feats_file='featsfull.opt',cands_file='candsfull.opt',mbrtrain"
