GO Annotations

As discussed in the text, using the GO annotations, S1 was found to be significantly associated with cell cycle genes, and in particular with late acting (M phase) genes. On the other hand, S2 was associated with response to external stimulus. Below you can find the genes identified for each of these categories, and their annotations.
