GO enrichment results
We used the curves derived for each gene to identify genes displaying
consistent behavior (always going up or always going down based on the ordering). We assigned the start time to
the part of the curve containing the higher median survival time. We identified 140 genes
that were going down and 40 genes going up. We used the
Gene Ontology (GO) database to a analyze these lists. Below you can download a file containing the enriched
GO categories for these sets and their p-values. These p-values were computed using the hypergeometric distribution.
