2001/6/30 at the Bryce Canyon, Utah. 7x50 binoculars, FOV ~5 degrees. Looks like a triangle.

Sketch negative, 2000/12/2, with 8"/f6 Dobsonian, 25mm eyepiece. Observed from Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh. All I can see is a large very dim patch. Diffuse. No bright nucleus.
