Focus of Attention Modeling

A user's focus of attention plays an important role in human-computer
interaction and human-human communication (collaboration), such as a ubiquitous computing environment,
an intelligent space, and a remote collaborative environmentwhere the user's goal and intent
have to be continuously monitored. Over the years, we have been developing
technologies that can track and model focus of attention for differnt applications, including
intelligent meeting room, human-robot interaction, and remote collaboration.
