project, MS VC++4.0), the DEC Machine Translation System (Borland C++ 3.1),
Chinese Text Segmentation/Tagging(GNU CC).

Software Corporation in Beijing, taking a key role in implementing
the WinChar Chinese Proofreading System. (Borland C++ 3.1)
