Bill Hefley

Bill Hefley was previously an Associate Teaching Professor and Program Director of the MSIT Information Technology Service Management (MSIT-ITSM) program in the Institute for Software Research (ISR) at Carnegie Mellon University. After 22 years of association with Carnegie Mellon, as a senior member of the technical staff at the SEI, Visiting Scientist at the SEI, and as a faculty member in the IS program, ISR, and Heinz, Dr. Hefley is no longer affiliated with the University.

The MSIT in IT Service Management (MSIT-ITSM) announced by the School of Computer Science will not be offered in the Fall of 2009, given the current global economic and financial crisis.
