WaveLAN/IEEE driver for StrongARM

Use of the proprietary wavelan2_cs driver and binary-only libhcf-arm.a is now deprecated. Please use the driver which accompanies recent versions of PCMCIA Card Services for Linux. Instructions on how to download and build this driver are available here.
