All these songs were written and recorded by me, William Cohen, in February 2011, as part of "February Album Writing Month" (aka FAWM), where the goal is to write 14 songs in a month. Which I did! Well, I wrote one of them in January, but still...the main point is, the goal of the exercise was producing quantity, not quality, so I have a solid excuse for everything. I'm overall pretty pleased with the songs. Given the time constraints these are pretty rough demos. The "pretty" songs were mostly recorded using my netbook's mike, so are not great quality. Most of these were recorded on an H2 Zoom in a couple of takes---anyone want to take a shot at improving them with me (or without me) have at it. -W |
