Third memo? Shit, there are probably dozens more that would repulse even the most jaded observer.
I can’t wait to see what happens when those remaining Abu Graib photos get released to the public. The shiite is gonna hit the fan.
If the Dems have the guts to dig, it will take years to uncover all of the secret memos and backalley crap that the Chimp and his henchmen have hidden from the American public.
Can we now start referring to Chuck and Diane as Blue Dogs?
Can we also start grooming and feeding netroot candidates to run against them the next time they run?
Both could easily be embarassed, possibly defeated, by clever and better competitors.

sorry, but short of alien intervention i fail to see any memo, any finding, any testimony that will wake the dems the fuck up. this will just be another memo that drives consitution-faithful americans crazy. while the GOP is silent and the dems try to triangulate their response to help their party, not america.

Apparently nothing will make Dem leadership behave like a party with a pulse than (a) a call to trash their own voters and (b) any opportunity to cover the Bush admin’s corrupt fat ass. They “lost” — or let an election be lost — that had turnout for them in record numbers. How they can expect to do well in ‘08 with this weak-ass shit is beyond my comprehension (or concern, frankly.)
It is obvious by now that most of the Democrats in Congress have been compromised. They all have interests — their state’s interests, their re-election interests — that Republican power-structures can exploit and threaten.
The Republicans put party before country. The Democrats put political self-interest before country. The media puts profits before country.

The US federal debt iis $ 9 trillion, the US dollar is dropping like a rock , China is considering converting its US dollar to the Euro or other currencies and Bush and Co . are engeged in a war ( with no end in sight ) that will make things worse.
