Calibration-free View Augmentation for Semi-Autonomous VSAMs
U. Rochester has two indoor-outdoor
mobile platforms with video sensing and
reasonable computational power, acquired with DARPA DURIP funds.
Demonstrations will feature subsystems and
prototype integrated systems running on these two VSAM platform
surrogates and on stationary equipment, indoors and outdoors.
We shall demonstrate key functionality like
tracking, activity recognition, calibration-free reprojection and graphic
view-augmentation appearing on a remote
observer's monitor, and local and remote VSAM control for improved
