ExtractVector is input a vector array and an index. It outputs the indexed vector to the standard output as a list of floats.
ExtractVector.c is the controling function.
By typing 'ExtractVector -' the following options (format description default) are printed:

%d set vector index to extract [required]

To extract vector 314 from robot.va use:
ExtractVector robot.va 314
