CompoundStacks reads in two stacks and appends the second to the end of the first. The stacks must be generated with the same spin-image generation parameters. CompoundStacks is used when building model libraries.
CompoundStacks.c contains all of the functionality for appending stacks.
By typing 'CompoundStacks -' the following options (format description default) are printed:

%S set stack1 filename [required]
%S set stack2 filename [required]
%S set compound stack filename [required]
%S set stack1 filename [required]
Set the name of the first stack.
%S set stack2 filename [required]
Set the name of the second stack.
%S set compound stack filename [required]
Set the name of the stack resulting from appending the stacks.
To create a compound stack duckie.robot.stack from duckie.stack and robot.stack use
CompoundStacks duckie.stack robot.stack duckie.robot.stack
