Not all sculpting has to be done in putty. I have been fortunate enough to do some work for Bridage Models. While they do use a spincaster like many other companies, their molds are not heat and pressure vulcanized rubber. Since they use some sort of room temperature vulcanizing rubber, masters can be made of many materials unavailable to triditional sculptors.

Upoin hearing this, I broke out my parts box (from my plastic modeling days) grabbed the sketches and graphics I've had for some starships and went to town.

I will have pages and descriptions added shortly, but in the mean time, visit Brigade Models and check out the "new designs" section.
