Tom and Imre,

the sluggish visualization code is now available at
/usr1/fpereira/fmri_code in multivac.
It's called view_dataFile, and will take as argument either a
detrend.<ROI>.mat file, which can be found
in the subjects' data directories, or a info+data+meta. The code can be
called without arguments for a brief
syntax message.

The latest and already in need of an update version of the notes is in
the same directory.

PS: Don't forget to set the DISPLAY variable to point to your machine
from wherever you are running this,
PRIOR to starting matlab.
