Chinese Cabbage and Mushrooms

Chinese Cabbage and Mushrooms ()
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    450 g (1 lb) Chinese cabbage, cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces
    6-8 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes, drained, stemmed and quartered
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus soaking
    Cooking time: 3 minutes

1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the cabbage and muchrooms and stir-fry until soft.

2. Add the salt, sugar and soy sauce and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes more. Finally add sesame oil and serve.
