PHOTOGRAPHS BY SPOONS
Universe in on hiatus, but have no doubt that it will return soon.
Universe is a collection of photographs I've taken over the last few years. Rather than organize these images chronologically or by category, I've arranged them spatially.
Along with each image, you'll be presented with a choice of four thumbnails; those are four closely related photographs. Of course, by "closely related," I mean related by distance, or in other words, near by. Clicking one of the thumbnails will load a larger version of that photograph and bring those two images closer together. In Universe, there is no observation without effect.
In some ways, the web is not the proper medium for this presentation, and in particular, the "Back" and "Refresh" buttons don't do what you think (or anything useful for that matter). Perhaps someday they will.
I've included a bit of context with some of the images, but if any of them elicit a story from you, please let me know. Just follow the link near the lower right-hand corner of each image.
