I am here in Pittsburgh for a 2 year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship,
I arrived in February 1997 and started to enjoy myself shortly after
the rain stopped (about June I think). I started working on the
collaborative project with Toyota Motor Corporation on small obstacle
detection at long ranges for high speed driving. I wrote a general
edge tracking algorithm and also dealt with the QNX system
installation and integration of the component software.
If anyone is interested in stealing me away from this place I would
like to point out that I can be bought for a very reasonable
