I defended my Ph.D in Robotics at the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University on the 26th of August 2005. I worked with Michael Erdmann and Matthew Mason and am a member of the Manipulation Lab and the Center for the Foundations of Robotics.

I am married to Supriya — molecular biologist, activist, DJ and loving wife.
