Seán's Research
My research involves applying Relational Learning techniques to
classifying hypertext. I proposed a thesis on this topic in
November, 1997. I think the topic is exciting because it involves
applying relational learning to a domain it hasn't really
addressed before and it seems like there are large advances to be
made by investigating it.
Here are some places where you can learn more about various
aspects of all this
In order for things not to get too cramped here, I've created a
separate page of more detailed research information pointers, and also a page with references to more general
research ideas.
Some of the things I've worked on have ended up getting
published one place or another.
