    Case Requirements and Formatting Guidelines

    • Adobe PDF format only.
    • Cases must be transferred to PDF using Adobe Professional. Do not scan cases from paper to PDF.
    • Please refer to the checklist to ensure that each case is complete.
    • Templates can be found here
    • Incomplete cases will NOT be processed for the meeting.
